Co-founder & CEO
Lorne leads GenDev’s strategy, landowner relationships and the assembly of project teams.
His Ontario real-estate background includes RE/MAX and development-land marketing with PR Professional Realtors.
Jeff Greene RPP
Director, Projects
Jeff guides site feasibility, planning approvals and consultant coordination.
A Registered Professional Planner, Jeff is Vice President, Development at Flagship Development Group. His work there includes townhouse planning and approvals in Oshawa, Ajax and Pickering. He brings more than 20 years in development, including experience at TACC and Lifetime Developments.
Robyn Jenkins
VP, Business Development
Robyn coordinates discussions with landowners, operators and project partners, assembles site information and helps prepare development proposals.
Her experience includes acquiring and renovating homes, assembling land, and work with Royal Homes in modular construction.
Ali Taghva Dual JD
Government Relations & Strategic Partnerships
Ali contributes to project proposals, commercial documentation and discussions with government and project partners.
He is Vice President at Mahan Form, an Ontario concrete formwork contractor, and Principal of Taghva Law. He co-founded The Post Millennial in 2017 and previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at PharmAla Biotech.
Mark Paradis
Construction · TruBuild Contracting
Mark provides construction input through TruBuild Contracting, from site works and foundations to exterior finishes and coordination with home suppliers.
The Trenton-based firm serves Eastern Ontario, with work spanning custom homes, renovations and commercial tenant improvements.
Shahid Azhar PhD
Marketing & Communications
Shahid prepares GenDev’s company profiles and project presentations, and leads its marketing and communications.
His experience spans Canadian real estate, international business development and research-program management at George Brown. He holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Manchester.
